If you don't have officials capable of calling games with competence in any league you risk the integrity of the sport. The sport you're watching is no different than staged events like WWE if you can't have officials manage games with common sense.

What is the breaking point going to be with Pac-10 basketball and it's officials? That technical on a bench celebrating after taking the lead in OT with .3 of a second to play is about as pathetic as you'll find in the last several years. Then it gets worse when the same thing occurs for the opposing team in the second overtime and yet there is no call.

Some reason has to enter the minds of the officials and not just, "Article 46.543 in Section A of paragraph 47 of the rulebook states....."

 

This loss has serious implication on postseason hopes and it was poorly closed out by the officials.....again for the Pac-10.
